Staffs: Helpful, Polite, Great Service. I rate them as Excellent. Breakfast: Good. Swimming Pool: Big and Nice. Location, Cleanliness, Service, Value for Money etc: Excellent..... The hotel is quiet and the garden area and the pool are very nice. Will go back again to Rumah Palagan Guest House and will intro to my friends. Cheers.

I sincerely can't think of a negative thing to say about Rumah Palagan Guest House. Our weekend stay was absolutely fantastic. Other reviewers are right when they say that the staff is remarkably friendly and attentive.

Rooms are spacious, modern, and very clean -- NO bedbugs! Also, the price is most affordable. We found the location to be quite convenient and didn't experience any problems at all in terms of the "sketch" factor that others have noted.
